MFC Porch / Entrance replacement page

We are currently soliciting bids for the replacement of the steps and porch that are the main entrance to the social quarters. Below is a list of items that should be included in your bid should you choose to submit one. This list is not all inclusive and your bid should include all items necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike and timely manor.

Bid items to be included but not limited to:

1. Labor and materials to complete the job as per the drawings

2. Permits as needed - Kraft Codes Services is the code enforcement agency for the borough - 610-775-7185

3. All necessary barricade materials to keep patrons and pedestrians from the work area

4. Removal of all debris

5. Proof of insurance
