Membership Information

The Friendship Fire Company No.2 of Mohnton is a private non-profit organization that provides fire protection and other emergency services to the Borough of Mohnton
and to surrounding communities through mutual aid agreements.

The Friendship Fire Company No2 of Mohnton is an organization that is comprised of two main parts:

The Engine Crew - who provide the emergency services

&

The Social Quarters - who maintain the social club and the banquet hall

You must be recommended for membership by another member

If you wish to join the Engine Crew as a Firefighter, just show up at the engine house on Tuesday night at 7:00 and express your interest. After a brief orientation, a member of the engine crew will walk you through the application process if you wish to become a member. You will be required to pay your initial application fee and have your membership approved at the monthly meeting by the members. If your membership application is approved* and if you maintain your Firefighter status, the company will cover your dues each year.
Social Quarters access is an automatic part of this membership.

If you wish to join as only a Social member, you must be brought into the club by a member in good standing and signed up. The bartender will handle your application. Upon approval of your application at the monthly meeting*, you will receive a membership card in the mail. You will be required to pay dues by December 31st of each year.
NO riding on fire trucks is included in this class of membership
